Selina Ochoa is a true local, born and raised in the Coachella Valley. She is a Mommy, Wife,
True Crime Junkie, Real Estate Broker – REALTOR®, and the Regional Director of Operations
and Business Development for Windermere Homes & Estates. From the low desert to the high desert,
she knows the beauty of what the Desert area has to offer!
Selina worked in the security industry for over a decade. She owned and operated a locksmith
corporation for several years (yes, she can pick locks!) while earning her BA degree in Criminal
Justice from CSUSB. She was set on becoming an attorney and became captivated with the art of
negotiation but was unable to move away to complete law school. She decided to utilize her
skills in a different career and joined the Windermere family in February of 2016. She quickly
worked her way up to Regional Director of Operations and Business Development. She obtained
her Real Estate sales license and later her Broker license.
Selina found out early on in her real estate career that helping others succeed is her passion. She
greatly enjoys being there to support the agents in the Windermere desert offices. This led her to
discover that a career in real estate helping her clients along with a leadership position was what
she wanted. This way, she could help her clients buy & sell but could also help & collaborate with other agents in the industry by helping them to grow their business as well.
People who have worked with Selina describe her as an extremely driven, motivated, caring, &
dependable individual. She believes that communication along with building a strong relationship with her clients, fellow agents, and others is the key to running a successful business.
Selina has been recognized for her tremendous efforts throughout the years and was inducted into the Windermere Homes & Estates Hall of Fame in 2018. She decided she wanted to further give back to the community and became a board member with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in 2020. She learned a lot there but longed to be a part of something different that could make an even greater difference in the community. She and a group of other forward-thinking Realtors decided to transition over to the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA) in 2022 and they became founding members of the first NHORA chapter in the Coachella Valley.
Selina is happy and excited to help you with all things Real Estate. No question or transaction is too big or too small for her to handle.
